We are happy to continue the series of technical seminars that focus on the scope of work conducted at the Genomics Core Facility, CeNT, UW. Our second seminar will be presented by Michał Szeląg, who will present the equipment and a portfolio of standard protocols employed in our laboratory. During the presentation, we will look at the technical and methodological side of library preparation. Moreover, we will thoroughly explore the strengths, weaknesses and applications of distinct approaches.
