• B.Sc. or Eng. degree in Physics, Electronics or similar
• Active second degree student in October 2018
Documented experience in:
• Construction of optical setups
• Single photon detection with point detectors and cameras
• Electronics design and integration
• PCB Design in Altium
• Electronic diagnostics using fast oscilloscopes
• STM32 microcontroller programming in C/C++and debugging
• FPGA programming and debugging, ethernet communication
• LabVIEW development for controlling experiments
• Calculations and simulations of quantum opticas and atomic physics problems in Mathematica
• Data analysis in Python
• Scientific writing
• Team work
Job Duties: The student will join our research team and will be perform tasks from the list above
