Project title: Impact of climate and environmental changes on population dynamics, migration and extinction events of selected rodent species in Late Pleistocene and Holocene
Project Description: In this project we aim to recnostruct evolutionary histories os several vole species using ancient DNA and radiocarbon datingbr
Key responsibilities include:
extraction of DNA from paleontological materials, preparation of NGS libraries, bioinformatic analyses of sequencing results, basic phylogenetic reconstructions
