Abstract:
Cryo-electron microscopy and tomography core facility is an open-access laboratory located at the CEITEC Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic). The facility provides services in life-science electron microscopy to its users from both academia and industry with the primary focus on the Structural Biology. Besides, the new workflows and services are being gradually implemented which focus more on large volume imaging and are thus suitable for Cellular Biology research. The current equipment and available services will be presented in the context of the research questions that are studied at CEMCOF.
