Dr. Saikat Roy has significant scientific achievements, documented by publications in reputable journals international journals of which he is the first author. Mr. Roy has significant experience in quantum-chemical calculations, including the calculation of interaction energy particles and clusters. Mr. Roy also has considerable experience in developing computational programs quantum chemistry and numerical data analysis. During the interview with the committee, the candidate showed a sufficient understanding of the subject he dealt with during his doctoral studies. Mr Roy knows the basics of the theory of electronic structure and declares great motivation to deepen his knowledge knowledge and skills in this field of theoretical chemistry. In conclusion, Mr. Dr. Saikat Roy complies requirements for a candidate in this competition for the position of a visiting researcher and is recommended for employment.
