2. Signed declaration confirming that the candidate has read and accepted the rules of conducting competitions, covered in the following documents:
Ordinance No. 106 of the Rector of the University of Warsaw
Paragraph 126 of the Resolution No. 443 of the Senate of the University of Warsaw
Ordinance No. 94 of the Rector of the University of Warsaw

Before entering the competition, all candidates are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Internal Reporting Procedure (Ordinance No. 94 of the Rector of the University of Warsaw).
