Warsaw Glia Symposium, October 16–17, 2025 at the Centre of New Technologies

The Faculty of Biology and the Centre of New Technologies at the University of Warsaw warmly invites you to the Warsaw Glia Symposium, which will take place on October 16–17, 2025, at the Centre of New Technologies (CeNT), located at 2c Stefana Banacha Street in Warsaw.

The symposium will focus on glial cells, exploring their diversity, functions, and crucial roles in the development, plasticity, and pathology of the nervous system.

The event aims to create a platform for the exchange of the latest advances in glial biology, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches and fostering collaboration between researchers from Poland and abroad.

The symposium will bring together scientists studying astrocytes, microglia, oligodendrocytes, and other glial cell types, in both basic and translational research contexts.
