Description:
Centre of New Technologies of the University of Warsaw has an opening for a PhD candidate in experimental molecular biology to work on modified oligonucleotides and their conjugates with vitamin B12, as well as their transport to bacterial cells.
We are looking for motivated candidates:
● with background in molecular biology, biophysics, biotechnology or microbiology,
● the candidates must already be in an official PhD program at the time of application,
● candidates with experience in working with RNA molecules and some knowledge of microbiology will be preferred.
We offer:
● net monthly fellowship 3000 PLN (not subject to income tax) awarded from the National Science Centre in the Symfonia project in the period from October 1st 2018 till November 30th 2019 with a possibility of extension/renewal,
● work in a group whose research bridges the fields of physics, chemistry, mathematics and life sciences.

● only selected top-candidates will be asked to provide a reference letter. Good command of English is a must. In the case of not signing the contract by the candidate, due to the resignation, we reserve the rights to choose the next candidate from the ranking list.
