Dr. Łukasz Szewczyk and Prof. Marta Wiśniewska have been awarded the Jerzy Konorski Prize for the best original Polish neurobiology publication in 2023.
The scientists were honored for their article titled “Astrocytic β-catenin signaling via TCF7L2 regulates synapse development and social behavior” published in the journal Molecular Psychiatry.
The Jerzy Konorski Prize, awarded for over twenty years by the Polish Society for Neuroscience and the Neurobiology Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, recognizes the best neurobiological work conducted in Poland.
