Polish Press Agency’s portal – “Science in Poland” – has recently published an interview with Prof. Pałys, Rector of University of Warsaw in which he describes many of the possibilities arising from the higher education reform, such as changes in the way of education and conducting studies, as well as opportunity to create inter-university federations.
