Abstract:
Our previous seminars familiarized You with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) principles, library preparation methods and sequencing strategies. Statistical analysis is the next essential step in every experiment involving NGS. This seminar will present bioinformatic protocols available in our laboratory with the emphasis on the quality control and experiment planning.
