Professor Joanna Sułkowska from the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Biological Systems Modeling CeNT UW was awarded a grant in the OPUS 22 LAP competition organized by the National Science Centre.
The winning project is entitled: (PL)Biologiczny kod zawęźlenia – identyfikacja wzoru zawęźlenia w biomolekułach na podstawie metod AI / (ENG) Biological code of knots – identification of knotted patterns in biomolecules via AI approach.
Professor Sułkowska will implement the project in cooperation with Masaryk University (Czech Republic) and University of Ljubljana (Slovenia).
