Two CeNT researchers with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education scholarships

On Jun 25, 2026, the Minister of Science and Higher Education announced this year’s list of recipients of the scholarship for outstanding young scientists. Out of 1,640 applications for the scholarship for outstanding young scientists who have demonstrated significant achievements in scientific research, 230 recipients were selected. Among the recipients there are 20 individuals from the University of Warsaw, including two from the Centre of New Technologies. Sebastian Jan Borówka is a Ph.D. student of physics, while Mateusz Jan Mazelanik is a researcher; both are working at the Quantum Optical Devices Lab (QODL) of Michał Parniak-Niedojadło and have recently developed Quantum Radio Antenna.
