Konrad Banaszek awarded the Officer’s Cross Order of Polonia Restituta

Professor Konrad Banaszek, leader of the Quantum Technologies Laboratory at the Centre of New Technologies, University of Warsaw has ben awarded the Officer’s Cross Order of Polonia Restituta, one of the most important civilian state award in Poland. On the occasion of National Independence Day, the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, presented state decorations to individuals who have rendered outstanding service to the state and society during a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace. Konrad Banaszek was presented the order „for outstanding achievements in scientific and research activities, for contributions to the development of new technologies, for promoting Polish scientific thought around the world”.
