Opis:

Centre of New Technologies of University of Warsaw (CeNT UW) is an interdisciplinary research institute dedicated to understanding of basic processes at the levels of atoms, molecules, cells and organisms.

We are looking for HR specialist to contribute to the smooth running of the HR Office at CeNT UW, by providing a reliable focal point for conducting hiring processes and handling of HR information.

Main duties & Key responsibilities:

To provide HR operational support to the scientists and administrative employees
To manage accuracy of personal documentation
To assure compliance with Polish regulations and the Warsaw University’s policies
To prepare civil law contracts
To cooperate with HR department on the UW Central Campus
To keep and to update employees’ related databases (SAP)
To create relevant reports
To provide basic support for students and PhD students
…and other within the scope of the post.

Required skills:

At least basic knowledge of Polish payroll, social security and tax regulations
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAP
Fluency in English and Polish
People’s oriented approach and ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Can-do, proactive and problem solving attitude
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with international mobility processes will be a plus
