Sustainable development in theory and practice in 2020 – a series of lectures at UCBŚ

The UCBŚ invites to this year’s series of open lectures entitled Sustainable development in theory and practice in 2020 dedicated to the topic of One hundred years of environmental protection in Poland. Achievements – challenges – trends.

As every year, lectures in the summer semester are organized by the University Center for Research on the Environment and Sustainable Development – initiator and coordinator of the Warsaw Metropolitan Center of Expert Education for Sustainable Development (RCE Warsaw Metropolitan).

Inaugural lecture with prof. Maciej Nowicki’s “Environmental policy in Poland in the last half century” will take place on 20.02.2020 and will be accompanied by a modest ceremony called “URodziny UCBŚ”, because in February 2020 the 31st anniversary of the establishment of this university unit is celebrated.
