POSITION FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT IN IMMUNOTOXIN PROJECT

The Laboratory of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, headed by Dr. Krzysztof Ginalski, invites applications for undergraduate student. The successful candidate will work in the field of advanced protein-based targeted therapies against cancer within interdisciplinary research team. She/he will have the opportunity to conduct the research for Master degree thesis and continue her/his work during PhD studies.
 
Candidate's profile:
 
Education:

• Undergraduate student of biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or biophysics

Qualifications:

• Experience in molecular biology or biochemistry lab
• Practice in basic molecular technics for DNA analysis, e.g. DNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, PCR, sequence analysis
• Practice in basic molecular technics for protein purification, e.g. expression in bacterial expression systems, chromatographic methods for protein purification, western blotting
• Basic knowledge of anticancer proteins and immunotoxins will be an advantage

We offer: Fellowship monthly: 1 000 PLN
